Hendrikje worked in Stuttgart first at BOSCH and then at EnBW before switching to management consulting in Dresden in 2013. Since then, she has assisted over 100 companies on HSE issues, from a wide range of industries. Hendrikje likes her home, the people there, and comics.
Felix has been working as a management consultant since 2017. The first two years he was employed by Arqum GmbH in Hannover, where he managed „Energieeffizienz-“ and „Ökoprofit“-networks, among other things. Since 2019, his center of consulting has become Dresden. Felix is very enthusiastic about nature and sports.
After her apprenticeship at Deutsche Bahn AG, Anne decided to study ecology and environmental protection at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. In 2015, Anne went into management consulting and began supporting numerous companies from diverse industries in HSE issues. In addition to her consulting work, she developed an online legal monitoring tool together with an IT company in Dresden. Anne feels at home by the sea and the beach.
Carsten's actions focus on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. With over 28 professional years, he brings experience at home and abroad to his daily actions and work. Carsten feels very balanced on the bike, in the mountains and in music.
Cecilia has been working on biodiversity and wildlife conservation for many years, and is regularly contracted as a consultant by international organizations, such as the UN, and by NGOs, such as WWF. She coordinated national and regional projects in Southeast Asia, and is able to apply her skills in the field of Environmental Management Systems. She is familiar with the interface between environmental standards and the private sector, with a special interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Cecilia likes being outdoors, and enjoys fauna and flora while hiking, motorbiking, or diving.
Johann began his career in 2013 in the development department of a construction products manufacturer. His responsibilities included implementing a quality management system. Before transitioning to management consulting, he spent several years as a consultant and representative at the Dresden Chamber of Commerce and Industry, operating at the intersection of politics and business.
Johann enjoys spending time with his family and pursues his law studies alongside.
Julia is currently studying Business Administration and has already gained experience in the field of occupational safety and health at the student consultancy PAUL Consultants in Dresden. With her training as a paramedic and her economic know-how, she has an eye for potential occupational health and safety-related hazards in companies. Julia enjoys being outdoors and is always trying new creative projects.
Kornelia, with a strong academic background in sustainability, has been a sustainability consultant, specializing in conducting materiality assessments and contributing to the development of ESG reports. Subsequently she held a role in a medical devices corporation, where she managed Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives, oversaw the Environmental Management System, and conducted internal ISO 14001:2015 audits on an international scale. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kornelia has a passion for analog photography and enjoys attending rock concerts in her free time.
Marian began his career path at ZEISS in Oberkochen. After several stations at ZEISS, an honorary position as a deputy member of the advanced training committee for building energy consultants and his role as a lecturer at the Handwerksschule Erfurt e.V., he founded PONE Solutions GmbH in Aalen in 2020.
Markus has been lecturing on sustainability, life cycle assessment and risk management at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and other universities for 15 years. He publishes in scientific journals as well as in practice-related literature. As a subject matter expert, he assists manufacturing companies with LCAs and CFs and prepares EPDs.
Markus is a thoughtful pragmatist: "There is nothing more practical than a good theory."
Martina worked worldwide as a project manager for well-known machine and plant manufacturers before setting up her own business in 2019 and now supports industrial companies with her know-how. Outside of work, Martina continues to enjoy traveling, only now increasingly by caravan.
Rolf's decades of experience in top corporate management have always fueled his curiosity about people and how they work in the business environment. He now helps solve the challenges of climate change with a great deal of pragmatism in the entrepreneurial environment. His family smiles with him at his attempts to increase the yield of his tomato greenhouse.
